Julianna Barwick and Ikue Mori teamed up earlier this year for a collaborative EP: FRKWYS Vol. 6. I have just realized what an astonishing release this is. Ikue Mori adds an incredible element of glitchy-noises to Barwick’s ethereal voice. It’s out now on RVNG Intl. and well worth a listen (preview the closer to the 12” Rejoinder above).
